Hybrid threats are not unrealistic for Poland, as evidenced by the conflict in Ukraine and the attack on the Polish Consulate in Luck. That is why another conference from the "Forum for the Defense of Territorial Defense and Protection of Strategic Objects" will take place on May 19, 2017 at the Novotel Hotel in Szczecin.

Warfare, weapons provocation, cyberattacks, propaganda warfare: elements of the contemporary hybrid war conducted in Ukraine. Some of these elements of the hybrid war are being directed against Poland and targeted at both Polish diplomatic missions, such as the recent attack on the Polish consulate in Luck in Ukraine, but also on Polish banks or government institutions in the form of hacker attacks. We also deal with visible elements of propaganda warfare in the media and the web.

These are the different dimensions of the threat to which the strategic objects of the Polish state are also exposed. That is why the essence of today is knowing how to prevent them and how to protect them so as not to expose you to huge losses. The Territorial Defense Forces can play a great role if they are properly trained and trained to do so, which means that they need to be familiar with modern technology.

The Safety Forum Szczecin together with the presentation of weapons and the latest equipment and technology for the protection of strategic objects is aimed at identifying those areas where it is necessary to intensively train and draw on modern technologies, equipment and armaments produced by the Polish armaments industry.

The Army of Territorial Defense and Protection of Strategic Objects is organized in cooperation with the Center for Doctrine and Training of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, the Ministry of National Defense, but also the Governmental Center for Security and Polish LNG SA, which operates the LNG terminal in Świnoujście.
