Nobilis Media is a think tank based in Szczecin, dealing with analysis of issues concerning international issues related to security and defense. Its founder and president is Cdr. Dir. Artur Bilski, who is an analyst of the problem.

Artur Bilski is a graduate of the Naval Academy in Gdynia, as well as the Department of International Security Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, USA. He was an officer of the Nordic-Polish Brigade in Bosnia and Herzegovina by 1.5 years. From this period are related to unique reflections, which he described in the book "View of Sarajevo."

Commodore Artur Bilski also spent three years in Belgium, the position of an officer of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe in NATO. Today, as an independent expert comments in the media, issues related to army and international security.

In 2016. Nobilis Media published a book Security Primer Western Pomerania, co-authored by Artur Bilski. With a broad array of recognized experts, our analyzes and expert support different areas of the security of our country.

Nobilis Media sp. z oo is established in the field of publishing and counseling services in the field of defense and security for businesses, professional organizations, administrations of central and local government units.
