Defense training for critical infrastructure - Nobilis Media

     On September 22, in the shooting center in Pucice, a training conference was organized by the think tank Nobilis Media as part of the Security Forum Szczecin conference platform under the title: Safe Region - Defense and shooting training for strategic infrastructure staff, companies and institutions, combined with a pistol shooting competition Glock for the Cup of the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee ON.

About 40 people took part in the conference and shooting, including Leszek Dobrzyński - chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee of the Parliamentary ON Committee for the budget and finance of the Polish Armed Forces, representatives of PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. , The Gdynia Offshore Maritime Agency, the Military Property Agency, the Regional Directorate of State Forests, the Regional Directorate of National Roads and Motorways and other institutions.

The subject of the training was hybrid threats and their impact on the operation of the strategic infrastructure of the state, as well as the role of the Territorial Defense Forces during a crisis situation. The speakers also familiarized the participants of the training with the act on access to firearms and the conditions of the permit for their possession. During the training, you could get acquainted with the various types of weapons made available by the shooting center in Pucice.

Sergiusz Żaba from PGE Dolna Odra won the shooting competition at a distance of 15 m with a Glock pistol with a score of 44 points, second place was taken by Lt. Col. Mirosław Radwan from the Territorial Defense Forces, and the third place was Damian Pizoń, President of the District Board of the Polish Hunting Association. MP Leszek Dobrzyński excellently represented the Parliamentary National Defense Committee and was right behind the podium with a score of 40 points, out of 50 possible.

All participants received commemorative cups and congratulations from the Nobis Media think tank.
