At the end of July, the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Szczecin hosted trainings organized by Nobilis Media in cooperation with the Medical Center in the field of communication and patient safety, as well as patient safety in the health service, where legal and practical aspects of patient rights and liability for medical entities were discussed. Nearly sixty people took part in both trainings from the hospitals of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Szczecin and Koszalin, as well as representatives of the NFOZ directorate of the Szczecin branch.
The first classes took place on July 24, and their subject was communication with the patient in hospital and outpatient settings. The training was designed as a dynamic series of mini lectures, interaction with the group, as well as exercises enabling the development of communication skills. The classes were led by Roman Szałachowski - psychologist and psychotherapist, researcher at the Institute of Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Szczecin.
The second training conference opened by the director of the Hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration Paweł Bakun took place on 27 July. The subject of the training was patient safety in the health service - legal and practical aspects of patient rights and liability for compensation of medical entities. Classes were directed to people managing the process of providing health services, performing medical professions and administration employees. Classes were hosted by Mirela Chomont - legal advisor, tax advisor representing clients in medical disputes.
