Participation of the Polish industry in the Baltic wind farm construction program Security Forum Szczecin conference on September 29 2020
Think tank Nobilis Media invites you to a nationwide one-day conference as part of the Security Forum Szczecin platform, which will be held on September 29 (Tuesday) at Hotel Park ul. Plantowa 1 in Szczecin. The subject of the conference is: Participation of the Polish industry in the program of building wind farms in the Baltic Sea.
Among the invited guests who have already confirmed their participation in the meeting are Deputy Minister of MAP Zbigniew Gryglas and Krzysztof Kidawa President of the Management Board of Baltic Power / Grupa Orlen, the main investor in wind farms in the Baltic Sea, Krzysztof Urbaś President of the Management Board of the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports and Michał Śmigielski / President of the Management Board Morska Agencja Gdynia / Group Chairman / Ports and Shipyards Polish Association of Wind Energy. The potential in Poland to build wind farms is very large. The first PKN Orlen offshore wind farm is to be built west of Łeba. Its cost is estimated at PLN 12 billion. This is a great opportunity for our industry.
