Commander 12 base Unmanned Aircraft Regiment in Miroslawiec. pilot Lukasz Andrzejewski-Popov said that currently supplied with the unit is 15 pieces drone class mini Orbiter 2014. He also announced that in the next 3-5 years, the base will not only increase the number of soldiers stationed from 500 to 1500, but also through training personnel, it will be possible to operate modern systems of unmanned aircraft middle class, as well as ships operating type MALE.

Andrzejewski-Popov noted that today takes training new staff in the School of Officers in Deblin, and to prepare the infrastructure at the base in Miroslawiec.

Base Unmanned Aircraft in Miroslawiec is the first such unit in Poland. It started its activities in early 2016.
